Girls' Basketball Wants Another SWOC Title

Callie Hunt is confident that the Cougars can obtain the title again, saying, "I feel very positive about the season, we have a lot of weapons back from last year. I think we will definitely have to make up the offensive end with the loss of sharpshooter Cici Lipps and the defensive contributions of Tori Childers.  We are gonna look to push the ball up the floor and pack the boards. Then defensively we will look to pressure the ball and get deflections."
(Story written by Nathan Noble for the Dec. 2018 Cougar Prints)
Additional information: At the time this article was published in the December issue of the Cougar Prints, the team had a 1-5 start.  As of January 3, the team is now 4-2. In addition, Callie Hunt was voted Butler County Sports Reporter Player of the Week on December 30, 2018. Congratulations to Callie and all the best to our Lady Cougars!
